In an interview with BW People, Managing Director of Dale Carnegie Training Ms. Pallavi Jha discusses the importance of an inspiring workplace, leveraging tools to attract talent and how CEOs and CHROs can bridge skill gaps in their organisation.

In the information age, there is a narrow gap between employee’s skills and technologies. As such, jobs are constantly being reimagined, so it is more important than ever for organisations to invest in their workforce through upskilling to ensure they remain relevant.

The findings of which can be used for recruitment initiatives.

Tools such as new technology and social channels can also be used to engage talent. Jha also expressed the importance of employer branding efforts in creating a workplace the reflects company values, which reinforces and communicates what it means to be part of an organisation.
