Organisation are continually looking for ways to improve their HR processes, and any professional who’s been in the field more than a few years has likely seen a number of trends come and go. While tech comes and goes within any field, people remain eternal.
Now in its fifth year, HRD’s Rising Stars list will once again showcase Australia’s up-and-coming HR professionals who are shaping up to lead the industry.
To be eligible, nominees must have:
- Demonstrated career progression and development in HR
- Experience executing progressive HR initiatives
- 10 years or less experience in HR
- Never previously selected in HRD’s Rising Stars report
