PwC’s Career Jam is a fun two-day experience to engage candidates. Attendees have the opportunity to gain new skills and a new career, and others leave with new ways of thinking and strategies to positively impact other areas of their life.

According to the PwC website, “At the final stages of the recruitment process, this two day immersive learning experience gave students the opportunity to build a relationship with the firm and better understand how their personal strengths and passions align with our strategy, culture and values.”

“To actually find out from people who have done the graduate program and work in the industry is a fantastic way to get greater insight into what I, hopefully, will be doing next year,” said one applicant.

“Innovative. I have not seen anything like the careers jam before,” said another.
